Early 1970's Gibson J-50 Deluxe—a stunning acoustic guitar built in the Kalamazoo factory, beautifully preserved and boasting a powerful, rich tone. This instrument has been carefully maintained by its current (second) owner, featuring original tuners, nut, truss rod cover, and hardware. It recently underwent a professional neck reset, which included a supportive ramp under the fingerboard extension to ensure lasting stability and prevent fall-away beyond the 14th fret. A new compensated bone saddle gives this guitar precise intonation and excellent tonal clarity.
Condition-wise, the instrument is remarkably clean and reveals only minor modifications commonly seen in Norlin-era acoustics. It comes with its original Gibson period case in very good condition.
